Senior Sponsored Run

It looked like a war was raging at the Alcobendas Polideportivo before the Sponsored Run began. Fearful painted faces greeted us, the remnants of the Sports Day which had just taken place before the Run. It is to the students' credit that after the considerable exertions of the Sports Day itself, they battered not an eyelid but stoically got into position for the Sponsored Run. Many of the students and teachers ran for 40 minutes solid and a maximum of 24 laps were completed by a few (much to the despair of their unsuspecting sponsors!). The end result €5,673.71 was raised by the Senior School!
