Despite the current circumstances, our Team Runnymede athletes are continuing training for their specific sport online.
Our Team Runnymede staff have prepared a series of home training video programs for athletes to follow.
These programs are specific to each Team Runnymede sport (Volleyball, Athletics, Rugby, Football and Ski) and consist of a warm-up, main session and cool down.
The aim of these training sessions are to help our pupils stay strong, fit and injury free!
